Where we ship

We ship to Japan and Hong Kong.

How we ship

All orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand by tracked international post from Thailand Post (ePacket). Larger orders may be sent by tracked air parcel instead.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks after shipment. Customs checks and holiday periods can add a few days.

Shipping fees

• Japan: ¥1,810 per order. Free shipping on orders of ¥6,000 or more.
• Hong Kong: HK$90 per order. Free shipping on orders of HK$300 or more.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Duties and taxes

• Japan: orders of ¥16,000 or less are normally free of import duty and consumption tax. For larger orders, Japanese customs may charge duty and tax to the recipient.
• Hong Kong: import duty is not normally charged on the items we sell.

Any duty or tax charged by customs is paid by the recipient.

Quantity limits for Japan

Some cosmetics have a per-order quantity limit for Japan, to stay within Japan's personal-import rules. The limit is shown on each product page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for a long time, please email us at info@han-g-ga.com. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
