Refund policy

Returns
Because we sell food and cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Wrong, damaged or defective items
Please contact us at info@han-g-ga.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or refund the affected item.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing us before it ships, and we will refund it in full. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
